The mission of IPOC Ministries is to glorify the Lord, edify the saints, and to evangelize to the lost.
Please understand that the Lord has called Christians to be missionaries ‘outside the four walls’ of the place that most call their ‘church.’ For some, our mission field is local (Jerusalem.) For others it is Judea, Samaria, and/or the uttermost parts of the world.
The Christians are the actual church. The word “church” in the New Testament comes from the Greek word ‘ekklesia,’ which is translated to “an assembly,” and “to call out,” or the “called out ones.” Therefore, it is the Biblical duty and calling, of Christians (the church) to go out into the world. To be salt of the earth, and light of the world.
The Apostle Paul set his sights to preach in places where Christ had never been preached. That is what the Lord is pressing IPOC Ministries to do. As the Apostle Paul said, “And so I have made it my aim to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build on another man’s foundation” (Romans 15:20).
As Paul Bunyan said, “Christianity: We can do it the easy way, or Gods way.” We chose to do it Gods way. We confront them with the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Our founder – Chaplain Bill Rhetts is also available for speaking engagements, as well as any other ministerial duties such as funerals and weddings. However, regarding weddings, there is a Biblical criterion that the couple must meet.
