We believe in the one God, Creator of heaven and earth, who eternally exists in three distinct persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that God the Son (Jesus) was born of a virgin, assumed human nature, ministered in word and miracle, died on the cross for the sins of His church, was raised bodily from the dead, ascended to God’s right hand, where He presently reigns.
We believe that the natural state of man’s heart is wicked and depraved, and that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential; and that repentance from sin is one of the evidences of salvation.
We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells in every Christian, and is presently at work in Christ’s church, the Christian community, empowering lives of godliness and service.
We believe in the infallible inerrancy of the Holy Bible. That it is inspired by Gods’ Holy Spirit. That it is the final authority for all matters of faith and practice.
We believe that all of humanity, due to sin, is destined for death, corruption, and separation from God; apart from the redemptive work of Jesus Christ.
We believe that Jesus Christ established His church to be one holy people, to glorify God, and to carry out his saving mission among all nations.
We believe in God’s saving grace that calls for faith, repentance, confession, baptism, and a new life and service through the Spirit.
We believe in the blessed hope of the second coming of Jesus Christ, who will raise the dead, and judge all with justice and mercy.
