Police detain me for alleged “crime” after preaching & showing a video to Planned Parenthood patients (lady sabotages camera in my vehicle – this is the abridged edition)

A took this photo a few years ago.
This photo depicts the same Sheriffs agency taking an inmate to a Planned Parenthood. The prisoner is in the pink in front of the deputy.

This edited video was originally 30-minutes long. However, I later decided to trim off the first 20 minutes and republish the rest (which is not much). Frankly I don’t want to tip my hand to the enemy, by revealing too much info online. Henceforth, my introduction and explanation of this event was removed from this video. Therefore, forgive me for such a chopped-up beginning. I am using much restraint to not upload most videos related to abortion mills. As a sheepdog (or watchman), I pray the following will warn and edify the church.

A synopsis: Recently I labored ‘right at the front door’ of a Planned Parenthood. I plead to those either entering and/or exiting. I preached both the Law and the Gospel and redirected a couple women to a pro-life woman’s care center. I also showed many of them a high-definition video of an ‘intact fetus.’ However, the police detained me (for approx. 25-minutes) for an alleged “crime.” The deputies were not objective and were very subjective. In hopes to get approval to arrest and book me, the deputies even summoned for a field supervisor to respond to the scene.

Admittedly the deputies advised that their intention was to arrest me for “415.3” of the California Penal Code (using offensive words in a public place). In itself the Gospel is offensive to those that are perishing (1 Cor 1:18). Therefore, I want to forewarn the church, how law enforcement will maliciously use 415PC to persecute the church (as they already have with other open-air evangelists).

415 of the Calif Penal Code states, “Any of the following persons shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days, a fine of not more than four hundred dollars ($400), or both such imprisonment and fine:

Sub Section (2) states: Any person who maliciously and willfully disturbs another person by loud and unreasonable noise.

Sub Section (3) states: Any person who uses offensive words in a public place which are inherently likely to provoke an immediate violent reaction.”

As you can see in sub section 2, the courts have to prove to a jury (beyond a reasonable doubt), that the accused had both ‘malice’ and ‘intent’…

However, the elements for sub section 3 are vague and ambiguous.

Interestingly the only ‘violent reaction’ that was present today, was the fact that the alleged victim (whom I showed my video of a fetus to) sabotaged my video surveillance system (a felony – in viol of Calif Vehicle Code 10852).

Long story short. I did make a verbal stipulation with the deputies, that I would not reveal the identity of the lady in question (the alleged victim) in this video. Therefore, this video was edited accordingly.

The moral of this story? When evangelizing at controversial locations, as you trust in the Lord, always audio record the entire outreach on an mp3 recorder (real-time & unedited). Last but not least, rejoice always, and give thanks for these troubles. The following is just a portion of this outreach.

“The nature of Christ’s salvation is woefully misrepresented by the present-day evangelist. He announces a Savior from hell rather than a Savior from sin. And that is why so many are fatally deceived, for there are multitudes who wish to escape the Lake of Fire who have no desire to be delivered from their carnality and worldliness.” – A.W. Pink
