Video preaching ‘Justice delayed, but not denied – lady responds to the Gospel, man desires to “get right” with the Lord,’ and more
During this outreach the following occurred. One woman mocked my message, then a Black Hebrew Israelite opposed the message. Then a man professing to be a Christian, advised he desired to “get right” with the Lord. Then Melissa responds advising she desires to “receive Jesus Christ” as her “Lord and Savior.” Please pray for Melissa, the Lord saves, He delivers, and He restores.
Notice how I did not concentrate on her horizontal circumstances (homelessness). I kept pointing her to Christ. Social liberals often make homelessness their focus, and worse, without Christ and His Gospel in the forefront (aka idolatry). But as I told this lady, the Lord Jesus was homeless. From the beginning while in His mother’s womb, Jesus was turned away at the inn. He was then born in a stinky barnyard environment, and then laid down in an unsanitary feeding trough (Luke 2:7). Then as an adult, Jesus said, “The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head” (Matt 8:20). Christians must use the Sword of the Lord, not humanitarianism.
Having said that. Perhaps I can take my smoker/barbeque grill trailer to the homeless camp where she lives. But if they want ribs, a burger, or a hotdog, they shall hear the glorious Gospel, and receive a tract.
