Through my entire Christian life and the various churches I’ve been part of (which are many), I’ve never seen the congregation asked “what are your gifts from the Holy Spirit?” So last Lord’s Day I paused teaching through our Orthodox Catechism during the Sunday School class, and we did just that. I’ve promised our congregation
This video depicts some excellent underwater footage of Ichthyology as to how Bass bite differently with various lures and techniques. I appreciate that this fellow (TacticalBassin) doesn’t find it necessary to curse like a gangster, which makes it a pleasure to like his video, and to share elsewhere. If you would like other fish-related posts
Though my approach was off, you’d think with their overpriced $37.00 entrance fee, they would at least install proper protection around their outhouse platforms. Now I know why some have told me they refuse to use their outhouses. The question is, are they throwing their bottled urine in the trash, or pouring it into the
Both Democrats and Republicans have mishandled this COVID virus. Fact is, last year Trump fell on his sword by showcasing Dr. Fauci in his daily “Coronavirus Taskforce” briefings, while Pence held up his “Do the five” charts. Nonetheless, I am so thankful for Senator Rand Paul; he is consistently steadfast. Doctor Rand Paul is
The below is a Probable Cause Declaration written by FBI Agent John Y. Nagashima. I am not writing this with animosity towards this Agent, he’s simply doing his job. The reason I share this is it shows how the FBI (or any law enforcement agency) can use your own social media posts against you. I
Since I did not have to study and prepare for a sermon for this Lord’s Day, and it was a light week, I was able to preach the Gospel daily. Here’s one of those many labors of love.
I bought this Savage Gear 3D Line-Thru Roach lure thinking it was ready to go into the water. But after opening the package and researching the Savage Gear website, and watching some of their professionally done videos, I realized I was about to learn something new; and so I am grateful for this new learning
Many social media threads are smoking in regards to the H.R. 5 ‘Equality Act’ that Congress just passed, and soon our U.S. Senate will vote on it. If you would like to know more about this liberal anti-Christ anti-Church legislation, read the text here, or review the video below (not an endorsement of the 700
This was a 40-minute encounter, but for obvious reasons, at this time I am only provided this excerpt. Out of the many others I’ve evangelized, perhaps he was the sincerest. I am thankful that he did not become combative, as some have. Most importantly, please pray for this man!
The below photograph is courtesy of Jarrad Henderson of USA TODAY. It was taken on Jan. 6th at a rally in Washington D.C. This photograph depicts a violation of the first three Commandments. Forgive me for sharing it, but Christ’s Church must rebuke, oppose, and expose this grave sin against our Lord (Ephesians 5:1-21). This
While doing expository teaching on this chapter, I also applied the importance of believing in the God of these Scriptures. As one woman yesterday that was killing her child at an abortion mill, claimed to already believe in both God and Jesus. I also discussed the importance of the Doctrine of Divine Impassibility, as well
I rarely upload evangelism videos anymore, but here’s one. This is an excerpt only; the private encounters and conversations were omitted. Too many professing Christians seemingly have made a golden calf out of the pro-life cause, perhaps even of the fetus. I watched a pro-life documentary, and oh, how it was man centered. The Triunity
Using Digital Nautical Charts (or charting) is not necessary on short trips, but it’s fun. This is what our vessel looks like while enroute to the 14 Mile Bank. We cruised from 30 to 40 knots, but here we slowed down anticipating some trolling at the shallow portion of the mountain range beneath us. However,
