I voted early today in the 2026 primary
As I entered the polling place, I was getting ready to remove my hat; after all, that is a gentlemanly or chivalrous thing to do. But when an elderly lady stopped directly in front of me to read my Make America Straight Again hat, she said, “I don’t know if we can let that in.” I knew then this hat’s not coming off regardless of what happens. But then she said, “At least it doesn’t say “great again.” Had she refused to let me vote with my hat on, I would have loved to be a test case at this polling place. But, hesitantly, she escorted me to my computer, inserted my card, and I voted (with my hat on).
How did I vote? I won’t tell you who I voted for, but will tell you how I did not vote.
Of course, never for a Democrat, nor a female (feminism). Neither as a loyal to the establishment Republican, nor for Big Eva. By God’s grace, since my name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, I voted as a registered Christian, and it’s a secret ballot.
As I said before, “This means in some votes, I will either write in my preferred choice, or I will undervote. An undervote is tactical voting, a protest vote, and/or an abstention. I am a bondslave to CHRIST, not Caesar nor Uncle Sam.”
And because God is sovereign, and by faith, believing in His Doctrines of Decree & Providence, I can be at peace knowing that Almighty God, as the First cause, or second cause (through the agent of man, nature, or alleged election fraud), decrees all things to occur, including election results. Regardless of the results, I will rejoice and boast in the Lord! On the way out, I distributed Gospel cards. How dare I bring the Bible into the Bible Belt?
From The Baptist Catechism by Benjamin Keach.
Q. 12. How does God execute His decrees?
A. God executes His decrees in the works of creation and providence. (Gen. 1:1; Rev. 4:11; Matt. 6:26; Acts 14:17).
Q. 15. What are God’s works of providence?
A. God’s works of providence are His most holy, wise, and powerful preserving and governing all His creatures, and all their actions. (Neh. 9:6; Col. 1:17; Heb. 1:3; Ps. 103:19; Matt. 10:29,30).
Applicably, below is a blog post I wrote on the Triad of National Sin, which is what the aforementioned establishment & Big Eva voted for.

Regardless of who wins the primary elections today in Tennessee, I will rejoice in the Lord. Even if Blackburn becomes our first female Governor, I will rejoice in the Lord’s inevitable judgment. Lord, Fiat Voluntas Tua!
