Castration of our donkey, for educational purposes, viewer discretion advised

On January 14th, our donkey, Dutchess, gave birth to our surprise donkey, whom we named Providence. Today, almost four weeks later, we got Jackson, who sired the birth, castrated. When our esteemed Veterinarian and his technician arrived, the first thing he said was, “Looks like she’s pregnant [again]!” Albeit he did not have sonogram equipment with him to confirm or deny. If so, perhaps we should call her next baby Procrastination? Nonetheless, Providence is next to be castrated, at six months old.
