The last time I engaged in an outreach at this cemetery, was for a police funeral. But today my city, their mayor, and members of their “Area Interfaith Council” hosted this ceremonial event. However since the Lord warned that born-again Christians are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Cor 6:14-17), and that we
In this outreach I street preached from 2 Thessalonians 1:6-9. I mentioned few of my police shootings, and how in some cases that taking of human life can be without sin. However apart from those shootings, I have committed murder within my own heart (Matthew 5:21-26). I then preached the glorious Gospel. I zoomed-in on
Liquor stores are magnets for problems, they are nothing more than legalized drug stores. But they are also good fishing holes to share or preach the Gospel, in this case I shared. Because doing “missions work” without Christ and His Gospel being front and center, is nothing more than humanitarianism. These folks ended up needing
Often times many on this sidewalk begin their alcohol consumption early in the morning (though not all are here). Today this particular crowd was respectful, but other times, not so. Disclaimer: For good reason I am not an MLK fan, and for good reason I do not believe that MLK was born-again.
Last week I saw a Facebook friend post this verse on Facebook (but only half the verse), and I noticed the many positive responses that it created. But I wondered what would the unregenerate say, if the whole verse had been posted. So I decided to use this verse to preach from at this outreach,
May I add my own personal thoughts. The Doctrine of Sanctification is very important to me. I pray daily for more sanctification, and I also pray the same for specific Christians. Though salvation is monergistic, sanctification is synergistic (Holy Spirit willing). Though a Christian is saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone,
Not knowing that his new student (a female) had self-identified herself as a boy, math teacher Joshua Sutcliffe rightfully referred to his new student as a “girl.” Consequently he has been suspended pending further investigation, and possible termination. This charge is obviously malevolent. But I took notice of something in particular that this Christian school
The Lord used this short message to edify a couple Christians. One brother encouraged me to press-on. Then another couple got fired-up advising they would love to attend a Vietnamese church. I did some research, and thanks to some Facebook friends, I plugged them both into a Vietnamese church in San Bernardino. There was one
I appreciate Bob Jennings response during this Q&A, may God rest his soul. Sadly there are many professing Christians, and even some pastors that will wrongfully call you “pharisitical,” simply because you desire to live sober and sanctified. But I say RUN from them, and never look back. Remember it was the Pharisees that twisted Jesus’
Since the City of San Bernardino once held the highest murder rate (per capita) in the USA, seeing a victim of homicide wouldn’t surprise me. I observed this lifeless body, while driving from one fishing hole to another, my pro-active policing style has never left. Hey I even do Elevators and Escalators.
Biblical evangelism often involves ‘cleaning up false teachings,’ that have led others astray. No doubt hell will be full of false converts that believed in an ‘unlimited’ atonement. And most of them were ‘indirectly’ sent there by their own pastors (though Christ sends them there). When Jesus commanded Christians to go out and make disciples
Some might think my method was rude, but at least I don’t go to their homes, and knock on their front door early on a Saturday morning. This Cult, as well as all other religions, are a stench (or smoke) in the nostrils of a Holy God, and God hates it.
As usual, Dr. Voddie Baucham consistently displays and demonstrates Biblical courage. I believe that a majority of ‘pastors’ within America, are the compromising cowardly apologists, that Voddie spoke about. I thank God for Godly men like Voddie.
