Law vs the GospelIt’s a new school year, and today was my second high school this school year. Today the Lord provided perfect timing for several large crowds. We stop light preached both the Law and Gospel to hundreds of students.

There were some mockers both visually and audibly. The ‘two-coupled’ visual scoffers need no explanation, my heart breaks for them both. One young man grabbed all of my Gospel Tracts from my pouch (attached to my hip) and threw them all on the ground. However I saw many students truly listen to the Gospel message. Sadly as I was leaving one lady yelled “Pedophile, pedophile, don’t come back mother fuc!@#! However the Lord provided another student right after that, to encourage me. Thank You Lord for her. I also want to thank the uniformed officials for not impeding my constitutional right to proclaim the Gospel.

I pray that I preached the whole counsel of the Word of God. Lord let their blood be not on my hands. Just before the Apostle Paul was martyred, in Acts 20:25-31, he gave the following dying death declaration.

“And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more. Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men. For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.”

“If sinners will be damned, at least let them leap to hell over our bodies. And if they perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees, imploring them to stay. If hell must be filled, at least let it be filled in the teeth of our exertions, and let not one go there unwarned and unprayed for.” ~ Charles Spurgeon.

“Do you want to go to heaven alone? I fear you will never go there. Have you no wish for others to be saved? Then you are not saved yourself. Be sure of that.” ~ Charles Spurgeon.

“How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?” (Romans 10:14).

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek” (Romans 1:16).
